Why The Audrey

The second living room, six minutes on.

Six minutes, not sixty

A real cocktail program and a kitchen that takes itself seriously, without the drive into the city. Six minutes each way makes it a weeknight, not an outing.

Lunch, quick or unhurried

Salads, sandwiches, toasts and flatbreads from half past eleven. Walk in, sit down, and take as long or as little as the afternoon allows.

Room for a gathering

A curtained side of the room holds a semi-private party of up to 16, and the whole room and bar can be bought out for up to 40.

The bar runs late on weekends

Friday and Saturday the bar goes to half past twelve, long after the kitchen has wound down. The drive home is the same six minutes it was on the way in.
