A restaurant and bar on Audrey Avenue.
Coffee, lunch and dinner served daily. The bar runs later on Friday and Saturday. Built for the hours of the day, not the categories of a menu.
We opened The Audrey because Oyster Bay deserved a room that ran with the day: unhurried at noon, alive again by dinner, and easy on the way home. A kitchen that takes its time, a bar with taste, and tables that hold more than one kind of conversation.
The food spans the day. Salads, sandwiches, toasts and a thoughtful lunch list at midday. Roman-style pizza, charcuterie, plated mains and a long dinner menu by night. We cook from local farms when the season makes sense, and from elsewhere when it does not, and you can follow how the room changes from lunch to late drinks.
The wine list runs from glass-pours by the hour to landmark bottles from the regions we love most. The cocktails are a small, careful list — clarity over cleverness. Coffee comes from a roaster we respect.

Our own rhythm, on our own street.
We are part of the Stellina Hospitality family — alongside Stellina Ristorante, Casa Stellina and L’Étoile — but The Audrey sets its own rhythm, on its own street.
