The Audrey experience.
One room, from half past eleven until late. Coffee and lunch to start, a glass at four, dinner at seven, and the bar after ten, in the heart of Oyster Bay.
11:30 a.m.
Coffee and lunch
The doors open on coffee and the lunch list together. Espresso and tea at a real table, then salads, sandwiches, toasts and flatbreads. Quick if you need quick, unhurried if you do not.
4 p.m.
A glass at the bar
The bar comes into its own: something cold and something stirred, and a short list of things to pick at while the room fills.
7 p.m.
Dinner
The dinner menu in full. The room finds its rhythm: candles down, music up, the bar in step.
10 p.m.
Late drinks
The kitchen winds down; the bar opens up. A nightcap, a final round, and a small list of things still ready to land.
